- Deep Databricks Platform expertise (Unity Catalog, Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Spark, MLflow) ideally already a Champion or working towards it
- Strong Python & SQL (Scala a plus); solid ETL/ELT and cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Proven client-facing and senior stakeholder experience
- Databricks Solutions Architect Champion Certification
