Job description

Stay hands-on: contribute to architecture, code reviews, and high-impact engineering decisions.
Own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of AI-powered SaaS products.
Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team across backend, AI, and platform.
Define and drive the technical architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance.
Partner closely with Product and Design to ship user-focused, high-impact features.
Introduce best practices across automation, AI integration, CI/CD, and system reliability.
Contribute to strategic planning, helping shape the long-term tech roadmap and company vision.

Requirements

Strong experience leading engineering teams in a product-led technology environment.
Background as a Senior Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering transitioning up to VP - with real ownership of people, platforms, and delivery.
Excellent hands-on technical foundation: Python, distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern architectural patterns.
Proven track record delivering scalable SaaS or AI-enabled platforms.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to set engineering standards and processes.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Startup or scale-up experience and a genuine enthusiasm for building high-quality products.
Ambition to grow into a future CTO and take a central role in company growth.
