IAM Technical Lead

We’re supporting a major financial services organisation undertaking a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programme and are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Lead to drive architecture, design and delivery across a modern identity landscape.

This is a highly visible role focused on shaping next-generation identity capabilities across workforce, privileged, machine and emerging non-human identities within a complex enterprise environment., * Own the technical solution and architecture for IAM workstreams

• Produce and maintain High Level Designs (HLDs) and Low Level Designs (LLDs)
• Lead technical decision-making and solution design activities
• Drive Zero Trust and Identity-First architecture principles
• Define security, scalability, resilience and operational requirements
• Support design authorities, governance forums and architecture reviews
• Work closely with architects, engineers, security teams and third-party suppliers
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to engineering teams
• Identify and manage technical risks, assumptions and dependencies
