Job description

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Platform Developer/Configurator to configure, customize, enhance, and support enterprise ITSM solutions., * Configure and customize ITSM workflows, business rules, forms, layouts, business objects, dashboards, reports, and automation.

Develop and support Incident, Service Request, Service Catalog, Change/Release, and Knowledge Management capabilities.
Build and support integrations using REST APIs and JSON.
Use SQL for reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Develop operational dashboards, reports, and analytics.
Support testing, UAT, releases, deployments, and post-production validation.
Troubleshoot workflow, integration, data, and platform issues.
Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, deployment instructions, and release notes.
Participate in CAB activities and manage ITSM platform changes through implementation and closure.
Collaborate with PMs, BAs, QA, developers, business users, and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons. However, strong candidates with comparable ITSM platform development and configuration experience using ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus may also be considered., * JavaScript: 2+ years

SQL: 2+ years
REST APIs/JSON: 2+ years
Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, or DevOps: 2+ years
Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons: 2+ years preferred
OR 2+ years of experience with at least one comparable ITSM platform, including:
ServiceNow
BMC
Jira Service Management
ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, * Direct experience with Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons.
Familiarity with the Ivanti object model.
ITIL knowledge or certification.
Strong SQL Server experience; SSRS is a plus.
Experience with low-code/no-code platform configuration, version management, environment promotion, and release processes.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills., We are open to strong candidates with comparable enterprise ITSM platform development and configuration experience. Direct Ivanti experience is preferred, but candidates with solid ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or Manage Engine experience can be considered in lieu of Ivanti.
