Betrieb und Betreuung von Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturlösungen
Administration von LAN, WLAN, WAN, Firewalls und VoIP-Systemen
Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support
Mitarbeit bei Infrastrukturprojekten und technischen Optimierungen
Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Betriebskonzepte
Beratung interner Ansprechpartner und Unterstützung bei Projekten
Sicherstellung eines stabilen Rechenzentrumsbetriebs

Requirements

Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung mit Cisco-Switches, Firewalls und WLAN-Technologien
Kenntnisse in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing und VPN
Erfahrung mit Windows- und idealerweise Linux-Systemen
Serviceorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
Englischkenntnisse auf B1-B2 Niveau von Vorteil
Führerschein Klasse B
