Job description

Sky Livingston is seeking an experienced IT professional to join the Enterprise Technology team as part of the Contact Centre Virtual Desktop group. You will support Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop platforms, help drive improvements, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reliable end-user computing for thousands of Sky colleagues.

Requirements

The role requires strong troubleshooting, ownership and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment, with hybrid working expectations and a #J-18808-Ljbffr
