DevOps Engineer

Lead DevOps EngineerRole overviewWe are looking for a DevOps Engineer who focuses on solving problems and designing practical solutions. You will take ownership of delivery platforms and influence technical direction across teams and clients. This role combines deep hands-on engineering with leadership, mentoring and stakeholder engagement.You will work in agile delivery teams and help shape how DevOps is applied across enterprise environments.Key responsibilitiesLead the design and improvement of CI/CD platforms and workflowsOwn complex technical problems from discovery through to solutionDefine and promote engineering standards and best practiceDesign Infrastructure as Code solutions for cloud and hybrid platformsProvide technical leadership within delivery teamsMentor and develop junior and mid-level engineersReview designs, code and pipelinesWork closely with architects, product owners and stakeholdersCommunicate trade-offs and decisions clearlyContribute to roadmap planning and
