Senior Data and AI Engineer

As a Senior Data & AI Engineer, you’ll be responsible for building AI-powered solutions for both client projects and the consultancy’s own products.

The role is heavily focused on practical AI implementation, including prompt engineering, output evaluation, reliability improvements and integrating LLMs into production systems.

You’ll work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping to solve complex business problems using data and AI technologies.

• 4-5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs
• Experience evaluating model outputs and mitigating hallucinations
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
• Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Data engineering and large-scale data ingestion
• Azure or Google Cloud
• Financial services, ESG or investment industry exposure
• Data modelling and architecture
