Job description

  • Establish and embed consistent DevOps practices, tooling, and methodologies across product delivery teams.
  • Drive improvements in digital service delivery through automation, standardisation, and best practices.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, presenting technical findings and influencing strategic direction.
  • Represent DevOps in cross-functional discussions, winning hearts and minds to foster adoption and alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in large enterprise environments, ideally within Central Government.
  • Strong background in Java and AWS.
  • Broad experience with DevOps tools and technologies.
  • Hands-on technical capability combined with strategic influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working to defined milestones and deliverables in an outcome-focused contract.
