Maintenance Administrator

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy and supportive team. This is a varied role where you will provide essential administrative support to Managers and engineers, helping to ensure the smooth running of contracts and client services., * Managing client callouts via phone and email

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers
• Raising purchase orders and coordinating subcontractor documentation
• Scheduling engineers and updating work management systems
• Preparing invoicing documentation and contract reports
• Maintaining site records, databases, and filing systems
• Providing general administrative support to Contracts Managers
