Job description

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead who can provide strong technical leadership and set the strategic direction for digital transformation initiatives in the banking and financial services sector.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and define strategic direction for digital transformation programs.Architect, design, and build scalable applications using React JS, .NET, and .NET Microservices.Drive the design and development of system components, mentor team members, and contribute to development where necessary.Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, testers, and internal/external stakeholders.Lead architecture and application design for enterprise applications.Ensure best practices in Agile methodologies, system optimization, and performance tuning.Deliver solutions based on cloud and cloud-native development principles.Provide leadership with .NET Full Stack development.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.Work

Requirements
