IT Installation Technician

Henley, a modern American brasserie in Nashville’s Kimpton Aertson Hotel, seeks an IT Installation Technician to support our high-energy restaurant environment. This role installs and maintains POS terminals, network cabling, switches, access points, and guest Wi Fi to keep service running smoothly. You will troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues, coordinate with hotel and vendor IT teams, and document all work. Success in this role requires strong technical skills, neat and reliable installations, and a guest-focused mindset that minimizes downtime during busy service periods., * Install and configure POS terminals, printers, and payment devices

• Set up, label, and test network cabling, switches, and access points
• Maintain guest Wi Fi and back-of-house network performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues quickly
• Coordinate with vendors, hotel IT, and management on upgrades and repairs
• Document installations, configurations, and asset inventory
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system checks
• Ensure installations meet safety, code, and brand standards
