Experteer Overview You will design, operate, and continuously improve a Kubernetes-based platform, ensuring scalable, secure and auditable deployments.You collaborate with backend engineers to align build standards and CI/CD, while maintaining a strong observability and security posture.The role sits at the intersection of agility and security, enabling fast delivery and reliable operations.This is an opportunity to help shape and scale a cloud-native infrastructure for a leading European retail group and external customers.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Design, maintain, and improve Kubernetes infrastructure across multiple environments - Manage and extend Helm charts and GitOps pipelines (ArgoCD/Flux) for declarative deployments - Operate CloudNativePG PostgreSQL fleet with backups, failover tests, and migrations - Enforce Infrastructure as Code with Git-based changes and minimal manual intervention - Own observability stack with dashboards and alerting for on-call responsiveness - Strengthen platform security including TLS, mTLS, Keycloak integrations - Collaborate with backend engineers to define container build standards and secure CI/CD (GitHub Actions) - Coordinate capacity planning, upgrades, and disaster recovery with STACKIT - Ensure auditable, secure operations in a regulated or sensitive environmentResponsabilidades - Hands-on production Kubernetes experience with upgrades, multi-namespace RBAC, and incident handling - Fluency in Helm and GitOps tooling; ability to write chartsfrom scratch - PostgreSQL operations experience: replication, backups, connection pooling, performance tuning - Experience with Infrastructure as Code and avoiding manual configurations - Observability experience: PromQL, Grafana dashboards, actionable alerts - Knowledge of cloud-native security concepts: mTLS, OAuth2/OIDC, certificate management, network policies - Experience in regulated/compliance-sensitive environments (healthcare, finance, government) is a plus - English communication; German is a plusRequisitos principales -
