Job description

You’ll work across PHP/Laravel and Node.js/TypeScript, helping to build and enhance scalable applications, integrations and services while collaborating with experienced engineers in a supportive, high-performing environment.

The role will play a key part in the development of a new internal business platform, supporting the replacement and modernisation of a core business system. Working closely with the wider technology team, you’ll help build new functionality, integrations and services that improve operational efficiency and support the organisation’s long-term digital transformation goals.

We’re particularly interested in developers who embrace AI-assisted engineering and regularly use tools such as Cursor or Claude to improve productivity, code quality and delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with PHP and Laravel
  • Commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript
  • Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude or similar
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong engineering fundamentals
  • Someone who enjoys learning, collaborating and developing their skills within a supportive team
