  • Identify opportunities to improve support processes and service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardised ways of working
  • Support IT projects, infrastructure enhancements, and technology rollouts

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with the IT Manager and cross-functional teams
  • Provide hands-on support to senior business users when required
  • Promote a culture of accountability, learning, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Solid troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networks, and cloud services
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams

Desirable:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
  • Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g. PowerShell, Python)
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site environments
  • Awareness of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, AWS, VMware) are advantageous or actively being worked towards
