What You’ll Get To Do

• Lead the iterative development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models.
• Collaborate on end-to-end automation efforts required to bring models to production.
• Work with structured and unstructured raw data to design and develop innovative predictive models, metrics, and dashboards to uncover actionable insights.
• Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that provide insights to the organization.
• Build and maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
• Contribute to the engineering process and culture.

We are looking for a Senior ML Developer to join the Dayforce Labs team that is working on developing AI solutions within the company. The Senior ML Developer has an opportunity to join a team of strong developers and work on high-visibility and high-impact products. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and a desire to stay up to date with advances in new and emerging technologies., * Four or more years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Data Science, specializing in classification, clustering, time series analysis, encoder-based transformer models, explainability, and optimization.

• Advanced familiarity with SQL and Spark/PySpark.
• Two or more years of experience and knowledge in MLOps, including deploying, operationalizing, maintaining, and monitoring scalable AI/ML solutions in production.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, and libraries commonly used in NLP and Generative AI.
• Advanced proficiency in data cleaning and data transformation.
• Proven ability to debug, analyze, and profile existing code.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

What Would Make You Stand Out

• Experience with infrastructure design and deployment utilizing Azure and cloud offerings for the implementation of data pipelines, including Azure SQL, Function/Logic Apps, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Virtual Machines, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
• Experience with Databricks., Proficiency in English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders, co-workers, managers and/or clients across the world. Further, our back office support teams, including but not limited to Human Resources, are primarily English speaking. Employees need to be able to communicate with these departments in English to appropriately administer their business relationship. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking co-workers, managers, stakeholders and/or clients, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.
