ABOUT SHARPLAUNCHSharpLaunch is a commercial real estate technology company helping brokerage firms and property owners modernize how they market properties and manage their digital presence.We are a small, ambitious international team serving primarily U.S.-based customers.We move quickly, take ownership of our work, and expect people to be proactive in solving problems rather than waiting for direction.THE ROLESharpLaunch is looking for an Implementation Manager to own the onboarding and launch of new customers onto the SharpLaunch platform.You will serve as the primary point of contact during implementation and be responsible for moving customers from signed contract to successful launch as quickly and smoothly as possible.This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organization, strong client communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.You will coordinate across customers and internal teams, keep projects moving, identify risks before they become problems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.Success in this role means customers feel that their implementation is organized, responsive, and under control from the moment they sign through launch.RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the end-to-end implementation and onboarding process for new SharpLaunch customers.Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously, each with different timelines, requirements, stakeholders, and priorities.Establish clear implementation plans, responsibilities, milestones, and target launch dates.Lead customer kickoff and implementation meetings and proactively drive projects forward between meetings.Set clear expectations with customers regarding timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and next steps.Coordinate data migration, account configuration, content setup, integrations, training, and other implementation requirements.Work closely with Product, Development, Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to resolve implementation issues.Provide customers with training and guidance so they can begin using SharpLaunch successfully.Continuously identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, documentation, templates, and workflows.Help reduce time-to-value and ensure customers have a strong first experience with SharpLaunch.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, project management, or a similar client-facing role.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities at once.Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of customer outcomes.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.Comfortable working with software platforms, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating across teams.YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IFYou are someone who:Keeps projects moving without needing to be chased.Notices details others may miss.Communicates clearly and follows through consistently.Stays organized when several customers need attention at once.Takes ownership of problems and works proactively to solve them.WHAT WE OFFERThe opportunity to play an important role in the growth of a fast-moving SaaS company.Significant ownership and autonomy over your work.The opportunity to work directly with commercial real estate companies across the U.S.A collaborative, international team.Remote and flexible working environment.Unlimited vacation policy.Competitive compensation.Opportunities to take on broader responsibilities as the company grows.
