  • Störungs- und Auftragsannahme per Ticketsystem, Telefon und E-Mail
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter bei IT-Fragen
  • Einrichtung, Austausch und Pflege von PC-Komponenten und diverser Peripherie
  • Lösen von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Anwenderdokumentationen und Schulung von Endanwendern

Requirements

Betriebswirte/Fachwirte/Fachkaufleute (Fachschulniveau)

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse

IT IT-Bereich Active Directory Windows Berufsausbildung Ticketsystem Zuverlässigkeit Teamfähigkeit Flexibilität, * Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige, strukturierte sowie flexible und service- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den aktuellen IT-Systemen
  • Grundlegendes Basiswissen im Bereich Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server und Troubleshooting von Windows Clients
  • Teamfähig und offenes Auftreten
