CNO Analyst/Programmer Level 0

W e are looking for a talented Analyst/Programmer with CNO experience to join our expanding team at MissionEdge Technologies. This opportunity is well suited for a mission driven professional eager to solve complex technical challenges across defense, intelligence, and secure technology environments. In this role, you will collaborate with skilled teammates, apply advanced technologies, and directly support CNO objectives for cyber readiness and operational success., * Design, develop, document, test, and debug applications, software, and system solutions.

• Perform system analysis and translate operational requirements into effective technical implementations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software applications.
• Design and develop end-to-end data flows and tasking processes within CNO developed tools.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans to ensure system integrity and performance.

• Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Required Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI + Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering). 4 years of relevant programming experience may be substituted.
• Experience in Assembly, C, Modern C++, Java, Perl, Python, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and automation tooling.
• Familiar with CNO tool development.
• Experience with operating system internals.
• Network programming and debugging.
• Reverse engineering and kernel development experience.

Desired/Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team., May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday., Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.

Candidates are invited to submit their salary expectations along with their application. The compensation for this role will be competitive and is aligned with industry standards, taking into consideration factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. The base salary range for this position is $111,500 to $140,000 (USD), exclusive of any discretionary bonuses and benefits., Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be given to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.
