Lead Systems Engineer - Nanosatellite & Microsatellite Missions - Spain¿Está pensando en solicitar este empleo?No se demore, desplácese hacia abajo y envíe su solicitud lo antes posible para no perder la oportunidad.We’re looking for an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to architect and drive advanced nanosatellite and microsatellite missions - from bespoke spacecraft to scalable constellation architectures.This is a highly influential technical role combining mission architecture, systems engineering and technical leadership across the complete satellite lifecycle.What you’ll work onDefine and architect end-to-end satellite missionsScale designs from high-performance individual spacecraft to constellation architecturesDrive the full lifecycle from proposal and mission analysis through design, AIT and verificationAct as Technical Authority, translating customer objectives into system architectures and requirementsManage complex interfaces between payloads, satellite platforms and launch providersLead system-level trade-offs involving power, thermal, RF, pointing, mass and performanceIdentify and mitigate mission-level technical risksDevelop pragmatic engineering processes combining space-grade quality with New Space agilityMentor and guide multidisciplinary engineering teamsWhat we’re looking forSignificant experience in a Senior or Lead Systems Engineering role within the space industryProven experience taking a satellite through the complete design-to-test lifecycleMSc or higher in Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Software Engineering or a related fieldStrong expertise xbhjioe in requirements management, system architecture, verification and testingKnowledge of ECSS and/or NASA standardsExperience with mission analysis tools such as STK or GMATStrong understanding of multidisciplinary satellite engineering and system-level trade-offsAbility to communicate complex technical decisions to both engineering teams and customersStrong technical leadership, analytical thinking and risk-management capabilitiesIf you are interested send your CV

Significant experience in a Senior or Lead Systems Engineering role within the space industry Proven experience taking a satellite through the complete design-to-test lifecycle MSc or higher in Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Software Engineering or a related field Strong expertise xbhjioe in requirements management, system architecture, verification and testing Knowledge of ECSS and/or NASA standards Experience with mission analysis tools such as STK or GMAT Strong understanding of multidisciplinary satellite engineering and system-level trade-offs Ability to communicate complex technical decisions to both engineering teams and customers Strong technical leadership, analytical thinking and risk-management capabilities
