Job description

To provide exceptional technical support to customers in the APAC region, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful carrier certification in Korea. Additionally, to verify new features based on customer requests and manage CR and BUG trackers effectively to meet customer requirements and improve product quality.

Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and enhancing technical documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Supporting carrier certification processes in Korea to meet industry standards.
  • Verifying and implementing new features based on customer requests.
  • Managing CR Tracker to align with customer requirements.
  • Managing BUGs Tracker to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Diagnosing and resolving software issues in various customer devices.
  • Initiating and managing new software feature CRs based on customer requirements.
  • Utilizing extensive software development experience to support and enhance customer devices.
  • Analyzing Qualcomm QXDM logs to diagnose and resolve issues.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Telecommunication?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * About 5-8 years’ experience as a development engineer(SW) in the wireless telecoms industry (especially in Cellular, GNSS)

  • Fluency in spoken English to effectively communicate with international customers.
  • Proven experience in software programming within Linux systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of GSM technology and wireless networks.
  • Expertise in RTOS, Embedded Linux, Yocto Linux, and OpenWRT.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in software development, particularly in diagnosing and resolving software issues in various customer devices.
  • Ability to initiate and manage new software feature CRs based on customer requirements.
  • Experience in analyzing Qualcomm QXDM logs.
  • No restriction on overseas travel, * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
