Job description
Software Development Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, React, and related technologies. Build and enhance RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications. Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces with a focus on performance, accessibility, and usability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the full technology stack. Architecture & Technical Leadership Participate in solution design and architectural decision-making. Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve product quality and developer productivity. Lead code reviews and promote engineering excellence through best practices and standards. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across development teams. Contribute to technical roadmaps and long-term platform strategy. Cloud & Platform Engineering Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or similar platforms. Build automated deployment pipelines and support DevOps initiatives. Monitor application performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Collaboration Partner with product managers, designers, staff engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 6+ years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in: C# .NET Core / .NET ASP.NET Core SQL Server or other relational databases Experience building modern web applications using: React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks JavaScript and/or TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3 Experience developing and consuming REST APIs. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and application architecture. Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and platforms to improve software delivery and engineering productivity. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies, including an understanding of model capabilities, limitations, and practical use cases. Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and security considerations when implementing AI solutions. Experience with source control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, or AKS. Experience with microservices and distributed systems architectures. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and ORM best practices. Understanding of authentication and authorization technologies, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Azure Active Directory. Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development practices. Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
