Job description
NC DHHS is seeking a Senior Java & Cúram Developer to support the NC FAST Food & Nutrition Services (FNS) application. The developer will be responsible for business/system analysis, design, development, maintenance, defect resolution, and enhancements using Java, ReactJS, and IBM Cúram. The role will support FNS/SNAP initiatives including payment error-rate reduction, evidence automation, case approvals, proactive QC alerts, interfaces, and batch processing. The candidate will collaborate with FNS business teams, stakeholders, Agile teams, QA, and release teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing web applications using J2EE, XML, and related technologies.
- 7+ years of IBM Cúram development experience; Cúram V8 certification preferred.
- Strong experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework and Solution Modules.
- Full SDLC experience from requirements and functional design through development and testing.
- Strong knowledge of Cúram IEG2 and Cúram Express Rules (CER).
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services, SOAP/WSDL, and Eclipse.
- Experience with Oracle databases.
- Strong problem-solving, technical documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
