Job description

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable software delivery
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on performance and cost efficiency
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent) to drive consistency and repeatability
  • Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and lead post-mortems to continuously improve reliability
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to embed DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle
  • Champion security standards across environments
  • Drive automation initiatives that eliminate toil and accelerate team velocity

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or equivalent)
  • Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty, etc.)
  • Scripting fluency in Python, Bash, or similar
  • A security-first mindset and familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001 a plus)
  • SaaS or enterprise software environment experience strongly preferred

  • Remote Work Environment, The target compensation for this position is $120,000 - 140,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
