Senior Embedded Linux Developer/Architect

• Design, implementation, and further development of the core software and streaming architecture for next-generation embedded systems
• Ownership of video streaming pipelines and optimization of WebRTC, WebSockets, HTTP, RTSP, and RTP for stable, low-latency applications
• Writing and maintaining Embedded Linux user-space code
• Creating clean, scalable designs with a focus on performance, maintainability, and reliability
• Hands-on work with Embedded Linux (Yocto) to optimize system throughput and performance
• Collaboration with hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of all components
• Defining architecture guidelines, knowledge sharing, and supporting the team in technical decision-making

• Extensive experience in Embedded Linux software development, ideally with a focus on video streaming
• Strong proficiency in Rust or C++ for performance-critical embedded applications
• Experience in building robust embedded architectures and hands-on expertise in architecture design
• Deep understanding of multimedia formats, network protocols, and hardware interfaces
• Experience integrating hardware and software components and close collaboration with technical teams
• Solid knowledge of Embedded Linux, Yocto, and system optimization
• Hands-on experience with real-time audio/video streaming and low-latency networks
• Passion for performance, reliability, and scalable, maintainable systems
• Team-oriented mindset
• Independent working style with a creative approach
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
