• Evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities in complex SWE tasks.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality.
• Develop benchmarks for assessing AI-generated solutions.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Shape model reasoning and elevate training data quality.

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience working at top US tech firms.
• Passion for improving model capabilities in complex SWE tasks.

• 30 mins AI interview.
• Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2 hours total, paid $100 for completion).

Compensation & Legal
