As Technology Project Manager, you are accountable for the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives, from idea to implementation. You ensure projects deliver clear business value and do not stall.\u00a0

You are not just coordinating activities. You drive progress, challenge assumptions, remove roadblocks, and bring business and Technology stakeholders together around clear objectives. You create structure in complex situations, ensure decisions are made, and keep delivery on track.\u00a0

Working in an international and fast-paced environment, you manage scope, planning, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You are a trusted partner for senior stakeholders and challenge constructively when needed to achieve the best outcome for Action.\u00a0

  • Lead and drive end-to-end delivery of technology projects.\u00a0
  • Translate business objectives into clear project outcomes, delivery plans, and priorities.\u00a0
  • Create alignment and commitment across business and Technology stakeholders.\u00a0
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, obstacles, and dependencies.\u00a0
  • Drive decision-making and escalate when progress, scope, budget, or quality is at risk.\u00a0
  • Manage project scope, planning, budget, resources, and delivery performance.\u00a0
  • Ensure business readiness, adoption, and realization of expected benefits.\u00a0
  • Provide clear reporting, recommendations, and decision input to sponsors and steering committees.\u00a0
  • Hold stakeholders and delivery teams accountable for agreed actions and commitments.\u00a0
  • Challenge the status quo and contribute to improved ways of working.\u00a0

You are an energetic, delivery-focused project leader who enjoys making things happen. You have a strong sense of ownership and naturally take the lead when situations become complex. Requirements

  • A master’s degree or equivalent level of education.\u00a0
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programmes.\u00a0
  • A proven track record delivering business-critical initiatives, preferably in international organisations.\u00a0
  • Experience with project budgets of more than \u20ac1 million.\u00a0
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels.\u00a0
  • Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery teams.\u00a0
  • Knowledge of both traditional project management methodologies and Agile ways of working.\u00a0
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.\u00a0
  • Experience in retail and SAP environments is considered an advantage.\u00a0
