You are responsible for improving the reliability of: Equipment: including implementing existing reliability programs for pumps, compressors and packaging installations and improving the failure-free interval of pumps through workshops and route course analyzes and optimizing the management process for pump seals and laser alignment. Mechanical Integrity: you will oversee the use of the Risk Based Inspection software tool, specifically for pipeline inspections and improve existing inspection and repair programs for other fixed equipment. You are expected to be in contact with colleagues involved with a high degree of independence and to provide the right information to study crucial components and advise on them.

Requirements

You have an education at Bachelor or Master level, focused on mechanical engineering and/or electrical engineering and/or process engineering and preferably supplemented with proven experience in the field of reliability. You are highly qualified in the field of data analysis. Certificates in the field of reliability, such as CRE and CMRP and other professional technical diplomas are an advantage. Several years of experience in chemistry or a production environment Experience with ASME B31.3, ASME BPVC, NBIC and API 653 is a plus. You speak and write both the Dutch as well as the English language You are able to express ideas clearly and concisely.
