Full Stack Java/React

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong Java/Spring Boot experience and exposure to React, eager to work in an Agile and DevOps environment for a leading Wealth Management client.

Responsibilities

Software Development & Delivery

• Work within a cross-functional team using Agile methodologies in a DevOps-centric environment.
• Design, develop, deploy, release, and monitor applications.
• Participate in code reviews and pull request evaluations.

Collaboration & Business Engagement

• Collaborate with colleagues across different business divisions to understand and address business needs.
• Participate in planning sessions, backlog refinement, and feature discussions.
• Work closely with Solution Architects to design solutions aligned with the company´s architectural vision.

Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement

• Actively contribute to Software Engineering communities.

• Experience with:
• Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Good understanding of DevOps principles, including:
• Continuous Integration (CI)
• Continuous Deployment (CD)
• Test automation

Education & Languages

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong English communication skills.

Full Stack Expectations

• Ability to work across both frontend and backend development.
• A deeper specialization in either frontend or backend is acceptable.
• Willingness to contribute in both domains when required.
