Job description

  • Umfassende Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365-Diensten sowie Hybrid-Infrastrukturen
  • Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen, Workshops und Erstellung entsprechender Dokumentationen
  • Verantwortung für Identity & Access Management sowie Benutzer- und Lizenzadministration
  • Qualifizierter 2nd-/3rd Level Support bei komplexeren technischen Anfragen
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei Migrations- und Modernisierungsprojekten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Fachinformatiker/in, IT-Systemelektroniker/in) oder Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Microsoft 365-Administration und Cloud-Services
  • Kenntnisse in Identity & Access Management sowie IT-Security-Grundlagen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstärke für Schulungen und Anwenderbetreuung
