Data Product Manager - Projet SAP H/F

Saint-Gobain is currently implementing SAP S/4HANA across its European operations. As a Data Product Manager, you will lead assessments and studies related to the Data & Visualization workstream of this strategic transformation program.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Define and specify the future Data & Reporting model based on SAP S/4HANA.
• Assess the impacts of the transformation on existing legacy systems, reports, and analytical solutions.

In this role, you will support business stakeholders throughout the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, helping them define and execute their reporting and analytics strategy leveraging the new data model.

The objective is to design, structure, and deliver a portfolio of data products, data models, and reporting solutions that address European business requirements while ensuring alignment with Saint-Gobain’s Data & Analytics strategy, architectural standards, and governance principles., Organize the study & gather elements from all stakeholders

• Understand business ambition, stakes & goals
• Organize & lead workshops with business
• Collect all business inputs required for the study
• Document functional architecture
• Do data modeling / design Business Layers (Silver layer)
• Organize Data As a Service contributors (Technical Architect, Data & BI Engineers)
• Document solution value
• Prepare build/run budget & planning

Excellent communication in French & English

• (Exploratory) Data analysis, data modeling
• Understanding of the end-to-end data life cycle (from source to visualization)
• Holistic knowledge of the Data & BI products in their scope
• Strong experience and knowledge of Power BI is essential
