Job description

“Navitas Partners, LLC” is seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to provide advanced technical leadership, translate architectural designs into robust implementations, and mentor development teams in delivering high-quality enterprise applications. The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting complex information systems within a fast-paced, mission-critical environment., * Collaborate within a cross-functional team including developers, DBAs, and business analysts

  • Design and develop high-complexity SSRS and Power BI reports following enterprise standards
  • Translate architectural designs into scalable technical solutions
  • Develop, debug, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications
  • Support production releases and troubleshoot application issues
  • Participate in system modernization and process improvement initiatives
  • Utilize source control systems for versioning, packaging, and deployment
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices across analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Support customer-facing issue resolution and root cause analysis

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise, experience modernizing legacy systems, and the ability to guide technical solutions across multi-tier architectures., * 3+ years of software development experience, including 1+ year in .NET and web applications

  • Strong experience with:
  • C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET Core
  • Angular (v8+) and TypeScript, including AngularJS migration experience
  • SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning, query optimization)
  • Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise architecture patterns
  • Experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, AutoMapper
  • Knowledge of authentication/authorization (JWT, SSO, security best practices)
  • Experience with Git or TFVC and branching strategies
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices
  • Experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting complex issues

Preferred Experience

  • AngularJS to Angular migration experience
  • .NET Framework to .NET Core modernization
  • Docker containerization and deployment workflows
  • Microservices architecture and API gateway design
  • Messaging systems (IBM MQ) and real-time frameworks (SignalR)
  • CI/CD pipeline exposure and cloud/container platforms (Azure, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in public sector, government, or judicial systems
  • Exposure to AI-assisted or agentic development workflows, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
