Job description

As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, working closely with customers, product owners and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll play a key role in defining technical strategy, driving architectural decisions and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

We’re interested in candidates with experience in:

Software development using Java, Python, C++, Go, Rust or JavaScript/TypeScript.
System architecture and technical leadership.
Linux, Git, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
Agile development methodologies and collaborative engineering environments.
Mentoring and supporting teams to deliver complex software projects.
