Job description

  • Define and execute the technical roadmap for integrating, validating, and optimizing various third-party enterprise applications on Google Distributed Cloud.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, partner engineering teams, and external ISVs to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Drive the architectural design and implementation of platform features that enhance the security, reliability, performance, and manageability of ISV applications in distributed and potentially air-gapped environments.
  • Communicate technical strategy and progress effectively to leadership and across organizational boundaries.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing challenges related to running applications across varied and secure distributed environments.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System design?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • Experience with Cloud compute platforms like Kubernetes, Cloud Functions., * Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience building highly reliable, performant, distributed cloud databases.
