Data Architect

We are seeking a strategic Data Architect to shape the enterprise data landscape. You will be the primary architect behind the integrity, security, and accessibility of critical healthcare data systems, ensuring that data-driven insights lead to better patient outcomes., * Strategy & Design: Lead the implementation of enterprise-wide data architecture and data management strategies.

• Data Governance: Establish frameworks for metadata standards, data definitions, and business rules.
• System Integrity: Oversee data warehouse modeling, integration, and optimization while ensuring high levels of security and quality.
• Collaboration: Partner with IT and leadership to define data requirements and support Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct data audits, lead cleansing initiatives, and resolve root causes of data quality issues.

Do you have experience in Snowflake?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Info Systems, or Healthcare Administration (Master’s preferred).

• Experience: 7+ years in Data Architecture, Warehousing, or BI environments.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL and RDBMS.
• Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Qlik, Health Catalyst, and Epic is highly preferred.
• Strategic Mindset: Proven track record in data governance, lifecycle management, and enterprise architecture within complex environments., * Bachelor’s (Required), * Data Architecture Warehousing: 7 years (Required)
• Snowflake: 1 year (Preferred)
• Qlik: 1 year (Preferred)
• Health Catalyst: 1 year (Preferred)
• Epic: 1 year (Preferred)
