Job description

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Dynamics 365 using plugins, JavaScript, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.
  • Configure and extend Dataverse entities, forms, dashboards, and security roles to support business and academic needs.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications (student information systems, learning management systems, HR, finance, etc.) to streamline data and processes.
  • Partner with business analysts, faculty, and administrative staff to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Dynamics 365 configurations, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to IT colleagues and campus stakeholders.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements following best practices., * Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Training delivery?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required., + Proficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

  • Experience building workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure services, and SQL Server.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications in higher education a plus.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or MB-300/MB-500 strongly preferred.
  • Other Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills for working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
