Job description
We are seeking an experienced Azure Senior Integration Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Integration Services, API-led architectures, event-driven systems, and enterprise application integration.
This role will drive integration strategy, modernization initiatives, and cloud transformation programs while ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and governance across enterprise platforms.
Your role
Architect and implement enterprise integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
Design and govern:
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure API Management (APIM)
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Event Grid
- Azure Functions
- Azure Data Factory
Develop API-first and event-driven architectures to enable seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Design integrations between cloud and on-premise applications, SaaS platforms, ERPs, CRMs, and custom applications.
Define integration patterns, standards, security frameworks, and governance models.
Lead modernization of legacy middleware and integration platforms to Azure.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentorship to development teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Integration, Solution Architecture, or Integration Architecture.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services.

Benefits & conditions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
