Application Developer - C#/.NET

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
• Build and enhance conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop and implement solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across multiple environments.

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in C#/.NET development, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to independently design, develop, and implement scalable solutions while adhering to industry best practices., * 5 plus years development experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core

• Experience building solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end
• Capable of making sound technical, architectural, and coding design decisions based on best practices
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application development is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred:

• Azure and DevOps experience
• Familiarity with AI-powered and automation solutions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544
