- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

- Build and evolve RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems with strong service contracts and backward compatibility.

- Identify bottlenecks, debug complex production issues, and perform root-cause analysis to drive long-term fixes.
- Design systems with a focus on scalability, resilience, observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Contribute to cloud-native transformation initiatives, including containerization, infrastructure as code, and auto-scaling architectures.
- Influence technical direction by challenging assumptions and proposing innovative, pragmatic solutions.
- Take accountability for delivering high-impact outcomes aligned with team and organizational goals.
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions across the full stack using Java and Python for enterprise-grade platform services and applications.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of distributed systems with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, maintainability, and operational excellence.
- Own end-to-end delivery of features, from design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Act as a senior technical contributor in an Agile environment, guiding best practices in software engineering, testing, documentation, and continuous delivery.

Requirements
- Strong Linux and Unix shell proficiency, including shell scripting and troubleshooting.
- Experience with NGINX, HAProxy, Envoy, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar technologies.
- Strong source control skills using Git.
- Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Good understanding of JVM internals and the ability to diagnose issues using thread dumps, heap dumps, JFR, VisualVM, or similar tools.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong desire to document technical knowledge and improve team productivity.
