SailPoint IIQ Developer - SME

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SailPoint IIQ and IGA processes
• Design and implement solutions for:
• Access requests
• RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
• Recertification and SoD (Segregation of Duties)
• Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle
• Provisioning and deprovisioning
• Analyze existing access management and identity governance processes
• Lead and guide engineering teams on SailPoint IIQ architecture, APIs, and data models
• Support integration with enterprise systems and third-party tools
• Develop and customize workflows, policies, and application integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and deliver solutions
• Ensure delivery within defined timelines and SLAs

We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer (SME) with deep expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). This role requires strong hands-on development experience, architecture understanding, and the ability to guide teams in building and integrating enterprise-scale identity solutions., * 12+ years of overall IT experience

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a SailPoint IIQ Developer
• Strong experience in:
• SailPoint IIQ (must-have)
• Java / J2EE development
• REST APIs and SailPoint data model
• Application integrations and workflow development
• Deep understanding of:
• Identity Governance (IGA)
• JML lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
• RBAC and SoD
• Recertification processes
• Experience working with:
• Active Directory (AD), LDAP
• Databases and SQL
• Linux/Unix environments
• Scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Unix shell)
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and integrations
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle OIM, IBM ISIM, or IBM TIM
• Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, directories)
• Experience building custom role management and certification solutions
• Ability to work with large-scale enterprise identity systems
