Senior ERP Manager

The Senior ERP Manager will lead enterprise ERP strategy, software selection, and digital transformation engagements for mid-market and enterprise clients across manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, consumer products, government, and tribal sectors.

This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders including CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and operational leadership teams while managing complex consulting engagements from requirements gathering through implementation oversight and go-live readiness., Strong candidates typically have consulting or operational leadership experience in one or more of the following industries:

Manufacturing ERP advisory experience is considered a major differentiator for this role., * Lead ERP software selection engagements using a vendor-agnostic consulting methodology

• Manage strategic ERP and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients
• Lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams across complex engagements
• Conduct business process assessments, gap analyses, and requirements gathering workshops
• Advise executive stakeholders on ERP strategy, operational efficiency, and transformation risk
• Oversee ERP implementation initiatives ensuring alignment between business and technical objectives
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance structures
• Lead organizational change management and executive communications
• Facilitate vendor evaluations, demonstrations, negotiations, and selection processes
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, CRM, and Supply Chain functions
• Provide executive-level reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor consultants and internal project teams
• Manage consulting engagement profitability, staffing, and delivery quality
• Build and maintain long-term C-suite client relationships
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional business teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ERP optimization strategies

• Direct project or engagement leadership with full accountability
• Facilitating executive-level meetings and client decision-making
• ERP advisory experience within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial organizations
• Strong accounting, finance, and costing knowledge related to ERP strategy and implementation
• Leading enterprise transformation and process improvement initiatives, We are seeking senior-level professionals with a strong blend of consulting leadership, operational expertise, and ERP transformation experience.

Preferred Background Includes:

• ERP Advisory & Assessment/Selection Leadership
• Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain leadership experience
• Big 4 or top-tier consulting experience strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Experience managing enterprise ERP transformation initiatives
• Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement
• Experience mentoring consulting teams and managing client relationships, * 10+ years of ERP consulting or enterprise transformation experience
• 20+ years of combined experience in finance, accounting, operations, manufacturing, or ERP leadership preferred
• Led multiple full-cycle ERP implementations
• Proven ERP selection and implementation experience
• Expertise with one or more ERP platforms:
• SAP
• Oracle
• Infor
• Epicor
• Microsoft Dynamics
• NetSuite
• Strong accounting, costing, and financial systems knowledge
• Experience leading executive-level client engagements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• PMP, Six Sigma, or related certifications preferred
• Consulting firm experience strongly preferred
