Staff Backend Engineer

• r8+ years of backend software engineering experienc
• eStrong Python development experience in production environment
• sExperience building and scaling B2B SaaS product
• sDeep understanding of backend architecture, databases, and distributed system
• sExperience working at a startup or high-growth technology compan
• yFamiliarity with modern AI technologies and deploying AI-enabled features into production environment
• sStrong problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic engineering mindse
• tAbility to move quickly while maintaining high standards for quality and reliabilit

• sExperience with Django or comparable Python framework
• sExperience working in regulated industries or environments where security, privacy, and compliance are critica
