n* A STRONG passion for AI and ideally 10+ years of experience in Java-based systems development (Java 11+; current stack Java 21).Good understanding of core java APIs.\n \n* Solid understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and high-performance systems. Low Latency in Java Multithreading, Socket Latency, Network socket programming in Java , strong hands on with low level architecture and how the systems operate. \n \n* Experience with Spring, SpringBoot and building REST APIs\n \n* Exposure to WebSockets and performance testing (e.g., JMeter) is a plus\n \n* Hands-on experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex)\n \n* Ability to use AI tools effectively for coding, debugging, and problem-solving\n \n* Interest in or exposure to AI-driven / agentic workflows\n \n* Strong problem-solving skills, including breaking down work into AI-augmentable tasks\n \n* Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and experimentation\n \n* Comfortable adapting to evolving tools, practices, and technologies\n \n* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\n \n* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field\n \n \nThis role combines strong backend engineering with modern AI assisted development practices.
