Job description

  • End-to-End-Architektur mit Laravel (PHP 8+) und React; Skalierung für hohe Parallelität (tausende Schüler:innen gleichzeitig)

  • Führung: Hiring, Mentoring und Sprint-Planung für Frontend, Backend und DevOps; Qualitätskultur (TDD, CI/CD)

  • Innovation: pädagogische Ziele in technische Specs übersetzen; Forschung zu LLM-/KI-Integration; Stack an FFG-Innovationskriterien ausrichten

Requirements

  • 10+ Jahre Software Engineering, davon 3+ Jahre in Führungsverantwortung

  • Tiefe Expertise in PHP/Laravel und React/TypeScript

  • Erfahrung mit REST-APIs, Microservices und Cloud-nativen Architekturen (AWS)

  • Player-Coach: kritische Pfade selbst coden und Team führen

  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (Deutsch von Vorteil)

Benefits & conditions

  • Direkter Einfluss auf die Zukunft der Bildung, Österreich Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Team Lead Full Stack Engineering (m/w/d) beträgt 75.000,00 EUR brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
