In this customer-facing role, you will be the trusted technical expert who helps customers, consultants, IT resellers, channel partners, and internal teams design, demonstrate, and implement Shure solutions for modern AV, conferencing, and collaboration environments. If you enjoy combining technical expertise with consultative customer engagement, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a market where high-quality audio matters every day. This position is based in the Netherlands and we offer an onsite (Culemborg) or hybrid work set-up. Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Channel Sales to support customer and partner opportunities through technical discovery, solution design input, product guidance, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
- Create demand for Shure products across the video conferencing, AV, and collaboration markets.
- Engage with customers early in the project planning process to influence specifications and shape successful technical outcomes.
- Develop technically sound and commercially relevant Shure solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Build trusted technical relationships with consultants, IT resellers, end users, and partners across the Benelux region.
- Lead customer demonstrations, workshops, technical briefings, and solution discussions that translate real-world use cases into compelling Shure solutions.
- Act as a Shure subject matter expert for the local market, providing technical leadership across the Shure portfolio, ecosystem, software, integrations, and solution positioning.
- Deliver structured training sessions to strengthen partner, consultant, reseller, and end-user knowledge of Shure technologies.
- Provide timely troubleshooting support and technical guidance during evaluations, tenders, demonstrations, and opportunity development.
- Capture activity, opportunity support, training, demonstrations, workshops, and follow-up actions accurately in Salesforce CRM.
- Share market insight, customer feedback, technical blockers, product observations, and competitive intelligence with relevant internal teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues when not attending customer, partner, consultant, or end-user meetings to ensure strong alignment with the wider team.
Requirements
- Academic degree in a relevant field, equivalent professional experience, and at least five years of relevant work experience.
- Strong technical background in AV, UC/IT, and integrated systems applications.
- Experience in pre-sales engineering, solution design, technical consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
- Solid understanding of audio network protocols, IT infrastructure, and system integration principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive, motivated, and results-oriented working style, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with customer workflow analysis, solution design, and change management is an advantage.
- Commitment to continuous learning and to sharing technical knowledge with others.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and remote collaboration tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
