Job description

This is a hands-on, client-facing role, offering the opportunity to be involved in the full development lifecycle, delivering mission-critical projects for high-profile global organisations. You’ll typically work in small, tight-knit multidisciplinary teams, decoding tough software problems. We like our teams to have high levels of freedom and value collaboration and pragmatism.

Technologies and experience we value include:

  • A testing mindset, including critical thinking, healthy scepticism and a desire to help teams improve quality
  • A background in software engineering
  • Experience in the application of tooling and automation in testing
  • Consulting skills including excellent communication, collaboration, and commercial awareness
  • Awareness of the use of AI in testing
  • Experience and expertise in at least one testing specialism e.g.
  • Testing of AI systems
  • API Testing
  • Data Engineering Testing
  • Domain specific testing (e.g. Financial Services)

This role is based in our city centre office and is likely to involve occasional travel (infrequent day trips or a few days at a time) to visit our clients, across the UK. If you are interested in more travel, then opportunities are available, we are open to conversation on this.
