Job description

Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead solution design, architecture reviews, technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards while mentoring developers. Onshore / Offshore Delivery: Coordinate and manage globally distributed engineering teams, balancing resource planning, delivery commitments, cross-functional dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Backend Development: Architect, develop, and support resilient RESTful APIs, Spring Boot microservices, and distributed service-oriented architectures. Frontend Development: Design and build modular, performance-optimized Single Page Applications (SPAs) using modern Angular concepts. Enterprise Security & Performance: Enforce application security (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, RBAC) on both frontend and backend, drive root-cause analysis, and optimize production application performance. DevOps & Quality Assurance: Oversee CI/CD release pipelines, automated testing strategies (JUnit/Mockito/Selenium), and production observability/monitoring.

Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned Java / Spring Boot / Angular Technical Lead to drive full-stack application development across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires a strong balance of hands-on technical architecture and delivery leadership. You will architect enterprise microservices, build responsive Angular front-ends, manage offshore-onshore engineering teams, and enforce high coding and security standards., 1. Core & Advanced Java Deep expertise in Core & Advanced Java (Java 8+), Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, Exception Handling, JVM internals, and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).

  1. Backend Frameworks & Microservices Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Dependency Injection, Spring Batch, and Spring JMS. Strong knowledge of microservices resiliency, fault tolerance, design patterns, and distributed systems architecture.

  2. Frontend Engineering (Angular) Hands-on mastery of Angular: Components, Modules, Services, Routing, Lifecycle Hooks, Reactive Forms, RxJS, and reusable UI components. Advanced Angular features: Custom Directives, state management, Angular Interceptors, Route Guards, centralized error handling, and web storage mechanisms. Security implementation: OAuth2, OIDC, JWT tokens, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and session security.

  3. Databases & Messaging Relational Databases: MySQL or PostgreSQL, including complex data modeling, query tuning, and performance optimization. Exposure to NoSQL is preferred. Event-Driven Messaging: Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or enterprise middleware platforms.

  4. Cloud, DevOps & Observability Cloud & Containers: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), alongside Docker and Kubernetes. CI/CD & Automation: Working knowledge of Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Maven, Gradle, Harness, and deployment automation. Monitoring & Testing: Splunk, AppDynamics, JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, Selenium, TestNG, and BDD/TDD methodologies. Core Tech Stack Languages & Backend: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Microservices, REST APIs Frontend: Angular, RxJS, HTML5/CSS3, TypeScript, OAuth2, JWT Databases & Messaging: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / PCF, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Harness Testing & Tools: JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Splunk, AppDynamics
