Integration Specialist - Interfaces & Digitalization (all genders)

The role primarily involves system integration and interface management between AMA Freight and our subsidiary, SCS. These activities will account for the majority of your responsibilities. The remaining part of the position comprises general IT support and administration for both companies.

• Interfaces & Integration: Your responsibilities include monitoring,analysingand continuously developing existing EDI and system interfaces, as well as designing new integrations and mappings in Lobster Data.
• Systems & Connectivity: Using suitable interfaces, data formats, and transmission methods, you connect Soloplan CarLo, Lobster Data, and other internal and external systems.
• Digitalization & Automation: You drive integration, automation, and digitalization projects forward, working closely with our business departments to continuously improve recurring processes.
• IT Support & System Management: In addition to interface-related topics, you provide support for technical issues, system administration, user and access rights management, testing, releases, and issue tracking.

• IT Background: You have completed vocational training in an IT-related field or bring comparable professional experience as well as a broad technical understanding.
• Integration Know-How: You have experience with EDI, interfaces, and data formats such as XML, CSV, and JSON, as well as transmission methods such as SFTP and APIs.
• Platform Experience: You have hands-on experience developing and operating interfaces in Lobster Data (mapping, monitoring, error handling). Experience with Soloplan CarLo or comparable TMS environments is an advantage.
• Technical Hands-On: Troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and basic system administration are familiar to you in a professional IT environment. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform, or similar solutions is a plus.
• Communication & Ownership: You work in a structured, solution- and service-oriented way, take ownership of your topics, and explain technical matters clearly to non-technical colleagues. Good written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
