  • baust Arbeitsplatzrechner und Peripheriegeräte wie Drucker auf und ab und nimmst Erweiterungen vor
  • leistest Hilfestellung für Anwender bei der Verwendung von MS Office Produkten, VPN und anderen Anwendungen
  • betreust Anwender im 1st/2nd Level Support bei allen Fragen zu Soft- und Hardware
  • bearbeitest Anfragen und Störungen im Ticketsystem remote sowie direkt beim Anwender bis zur finalen Lösung
  • konfigurierst die Netzwerke des Unternehmens
  • dokumentierst sämtliche durchgeführte Support Aktivitäten
