Requirements

  • abgeschlossene IT Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT Kundenbetreuer, IT System Elektroniker, IT Systemkaufmann oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation, alternativ erste Berufserfahrung im IT Support
  • erste Praxiserfahrung mit dem administrativen Microsoft Umfeld sowie im 2nd Level Support
  • gute Kenntnisse bei der Installation und Konfiguration von Software
  • gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Standard Betriebssysteme und der MS Office Produkte
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
